When I first started my business, I was bombarded with all the marketing things I was “supposed” to be doing. Setting up funnels? Running challenges? Hosting a webinar? Automating a sequence? FB ads? It was all and no ‍♀️…

What I found is that there are a lot of limiting beliefs surrounding the idea that you need all of these things to successfully launch.

All of this scared me so much that I almost didn’t launch – until I realized I could launch without launching.

What does that even mean?

Even with the marketing roadblocks, I actually had a ton of ideas on how to help people destress, do yoga, etc.

The creation process wasn’t the problem. I just didn’t know how to get it out there. What I did know though, was that I wanted to do it in a way that felt easy and uncomplicated.

I had to learn how to energetically move through it. And that’s how I figured out this 5-step method to launch authentically.

This framework is really focused on connecting with your ideal client and providing tons of value, rather than hiding behind all of the fancy funnels and sales pages. It doesn’t mean that free challenges and sales pages aren’t beneficial and they don’t work, but my method is for the soulpreneur who desires to show up authentically and not be concerned by all of these things.
