Are you struggling with how to structure your coaching calls? If the answer is YES then this is the right article for you because I’ll be breaking down a standard structure for a 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching call.

But, mi amor, remember that you can still add your own magic to the call, while keeping this framework in mind so that you never have any awkward silences!

Intention setting

Break the ice and ask your soul client, “What are 3 things you want to get out of the call today?“

This will set you both into the present moment and give you a clear idea of what the other person is expecting from you. Then, set your intention for the call & expectations.

Uncovering & Discovering

Spend half the time (20-30 minutes) asking questions about what’s present for them? Try to not give feedback or your opinion here. Your focus here is to hold space and be the container your client needs to feel safe.

Validate & Clarify

Spend at least 10 minutes letting your client know you understand where they have been using heart-centered & empathetic language – phrases like, “I hear you” and, “it sounds like…”Always ask and make sure you understand what’s going on here before going any further.

Offer coaching

Build your trust here! Spend 20 minutes coaching and offering solutions to what they need. This should feel like you reiterating their pain and offering the exact medicine they need, i.e. coaching or movement. Check-in with them here and make sure they are still with you energetically.

Support & Love

You can use the last minutes of your call for checking in with your client and asking them how they feel if the plan you came up with together is possible for them. Always make sure you are letting them know how supported they are and how much you believe in them.

Human, you are a quantum being who is here to create and have earthly experiences. This is so that the Self can experience itself and have remembrance. In fact, you have the ability to create any version of yourself in the here and now, so ask yourself what’s really holding you back? Amor, the entrepreneurial journey is not only about getting in the room and being around people who can expand you – it’s also not missing opportunities…
