Once we start getting clients, the next most important thing you need to do for your business is to create systems that are clear, repeatable, and follow protocol.

Let’s start creating actionable steps that work for you and ultimately for your team, as your business grows. So that you can grow and serve your clients without the crash and burn.

Human, the things I’m about to tell you were a game-changer for my business. Honestly, my life became so much easier after I implemented these things.

Create SOPs

Also known as standard operating procedures. Use SOPs to outline the process of filtering someone into your business and to explain the experience inside the client journey.

If you don’t know where to start, here’s a quick guide for you to get an idea:

  • Inquiry process: What will you refer your client to when they ask for your offer?
  • Sales Process: What is the process if they want to purchase directly online? 
  • Onboarding Process: Do you need to create a portal for them?
  • Legal/Payment: How will you send the contract? How will you create payment plans?
  • Check Points: How will you check up on them?
  • Off-boarding Process: Will you ask them to book a future check-up call?

Lead Tracking

Create a Leads Tracker Excel Sheet to keep track of who you are talking to and who is interested in your product. If you have more than one offer, I suggest creating separate documents.

Pro tip: Color codes your leads with dates so that you know exactly where you left off.

Systematize & Automate

This is my favorite part, but one of the hardest ones. If you are feeling lost, here’s where I would start.

🜁 Set up a freebie lead magnet or waitlist landing page and sequence funnel. 

🜁 Set up an application and booking process.

🜁 Set up an easy way to collect payment.

🜁 Set up a process to seamlessly onboard the client. Include welcome email, what to expect, state date, link to a podcast, FB page, freebies, communication, etc.
