Do’s and Don’ts of Leadership

April 21, 2022

My love, we all have a deep desire to be seen, heard, and validated but the way we show up in our leadership shapes where we meet people in these experiences.

As your brand grows, so will your influence and stepping into the role of an embodied leader, however it is dependent on how you alchemize and transmute the work.

As your business grows, so do the demands for your attention. That’s why it’s important that you build supportive check in points with your team, audience, and clients.

If you don’t know where to start, I’m listing the four DOs on Leadership that you need to know, here:

– Whenever something doesn’t feel right, check in for miscommunications with clients and open the floor for deeper conversations.

– Set clear expectations and boundaries with both your clients and team members so they know how available you are and how they can step into their own leadership.

– Process your own emotions and triggers before we share them with our community. Move into a space of adding to the conversation versus emotional dumping.

– Empower your team members to not only help you run the business but incentivize them to work together as a team so that you’re just signing off on things.

And if this wasn’t clear enough, here are the four things you should never do as a leader:

  • Don’t bypass the work because it’s uncomfortable. Chances are when we get crystal clear both parties will appreciate it and it will build a deeper sense of trust.
  • As the CEO, you don’t have to ask for permission on how to run your business. A big part of authority building is reminding yourself that you’re showing up unapologetically.
  • Release unwanted triggers. Give yourself time to process and tap into: “what are the stories associated here?” Then anchor back into your why.
  • Don’t take on other people’s energy as your own and make their “stuff” your stuff.

A big part of being a leader is learning how to ease difficult conversations. Practice non-judgment and create space for the person. The point is that we want to create an environment for both parties to have a deeper dialogue. So ask yourself, what do you admire most from the people you consider leaders? If fear wasn’t something holding you back right now how would you be showing up in your leadership? What kind of things would you need to do?

Remember, you are a quantum being who is here to create and have earthly experiences. In fact, you have the ability to create any version of yourself in the here and now, so ask yourself what’s really holding you back? Amor, the entrepreneurial journey is not only about getting in the room and being around people who can expand you, but also about not missing opportunities…

And this is your opportunity. The Quantum You Mystic Class is 5 day live masterclass for leaders who are ready to transcend and alchemize old paradigms so you step into your next level unapologetically. Will you join us?
