When you start noticing that fear, scarcity starts showing up in your business. This is a clear sign that we need to plug back into ourselves and out of social media.

And I should tell you, this actually happens more than you think…

Amor, when your ego is driving the spacecraft, it’s time to take a hard PAUSE and release the shame and the guilt.

 

Listen to me– if you feel like you’re making moves in your business because:

⟁ you need to keep up with an image

⟁ you need to satisfy a thirst within

…this is a sign your business needs a spiritual cleanse.

 

Here are three things you can do that have helped me in the past:

⟁ Set up your google calendar weekly and color coordinate everything so that you know exactly what you’re doing and stick to it as much as possible.

⟁ Have hours of operations in your business where you are dedicating your time and energy and try not to betray your own boundaries.

⟁ Remind yourself everyday why you started and know you’re doing the best you can, and that’s all that’s being asked of us
