You create safety in your business when you create confidence and harmony within all of your body. The goal is to bring the spiritual, mental, and physical body altogether in balance.

If we don’t create safety within ourselves first, how can we create safety in our business? Remember, you are not the business – you are the one who runs it! So you can’t expect your business to do anything for you without requiring you to do something first.

When you connect with each of your three inner bodies -spiritual, mental and physical -you gain the ability to shape your reality and create the safety you desire within you; therefore within your business, too.

Spiritual Body: the one mind of the Universe + Divine Feminine Energy

This aspect of ourselves is connected to our totality and God-consciousness. There’s absolutely nothing you need to do to create more of this besides realizing you are both the being, and the human. The one who has and will always have a connection to the source. However, what you can do is reinforce this connection by embodying the divine feminine energy of trust, surrendering, and releasing control.

Mental Body: thought patterns + beliefs

This aspect of ourselves is connected to our thinking mind and the narratives we tell ourselves that make up our beliefs. It’s important that we bring in a mindful practice where we can observe the thoughts without judgment, and lean into our curiosity. What information are these thought patterns and beliefs telling us?

Physical Body: nervous system + emotions

This aspect of ourselves is the one humans identify with the most because it’s linked to our physical body, which is always communicating with our inner world. Are we aware of this? Not as much as we think because many of our thoughts and beliefs are on autopilot.

Mi amor, you are not meant to have it all in one sitting. It’s like having all the food you ever wanted in a lifetime all in one sitting and expecting it to taste good.

Even if we all had the capability to instantly manifest all our hearts’ desires, you would get bored and there would be no joy in that. Savor your manifestations and breathe life into everything you touch and create!

You have the ability to create any version of yourself in the here and now, so ask yourself what’s really holding you back?
